An Area of Study
is a broad set of learning experiences linked by a common thread. The diagram at left represents an Area of Study.

Zones
An Area of Study such as "Audio Production" consists of two broad zones - the Educational Environment and the Industry Environment - through which the learner passes.

Sectors
Within any Area of Study, Sectors represent any number of subdivisions into smaller and more focussed learning blocks - such as Music Production, Post-Production & Mastering, Audio for Video and similar blocks.
